Subscription

Support: user help & configuration; Issue handling; Installations: new versions; Feature change requests: pre-screening and first feedback

Subscription is paid monthly; fee is reviewed after a twelve-month period.

* Number of Users = Concurrent (parallel) active login sessions per day; Only office (desktop app) users need a license

Hosting: running on TimberERP managed servers: 150€/month
Development: database queries, implementation of scripts; Trainings & workshops in the context of existing functionality (performed remotely or on-site): 90€/hour
Management: (of projects, processes, architecture, analysis) in the context of feature change requests and business process development: 140€/hour
External: general software and business consultancy with related activities not directly related to timberERP: 400€/hour
